Return Policy

Clothing in its original and unused condition (with all labels and tags intact) and unworn footwear (with its original packaging) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Jewellery, clearance items, and vintage & antique merchandise are final sale.

Final determinations under this return/refund policy shall be made in the absolute discretion of Ruby & Ross.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased in-store in increments of $10, $20, $25, $50 or $100, or a greater unique amount.

Gift cards may not be exchanged by the holder for cash.
